SUMMARY:Annual Flag Placement
DESCRIPTION:Since 2000\, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery has paid tribute to the lives of Veterans at our Annual Flag Placement event. This is a large-scale event where volunteers place American flags on every grave within our Veteran’s sections\, totaling nearly 6\,000.\n\n\n\nThis year\, we want to thank Rob and Kevin Contestabile and volunteers from the Excellus Veterans Network and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield who will be placing flags in every Veteran section on Thursday\, May 22nd. The flags will remain up until Flag Day.\n\n\n\nFor those families whose loved ones are not buried in a Veteran section\, complimentary flags will be available in our lobby throughout the Memorial Day weekend. Please note\, limited quantities available.\n\n\n\nWe invite you to visit the cemetery\, to take a moment to honor those lost before us and to celebrate Memorial Day.

SUMMARY:Mausoleum Clean-Up Begins
DESCRIPTION:On February 1st\, we will begin the annual spring clean-up of the mausoleums. We kindly ask that if you have decorations you wish to keep\, please retrieve them before the clean-up begins.\n\n\n\nOur team is committed to handling every item with care. Decorations that remain intact and unbroken will be placed in the designated pick-up area located next to our main office.\n\n\n\nIf you are unable to collect your items before the clean-up starts\, you may visit the pick-up area to look for your belongings. While we cannot guarantee that all items will be recoverable\, we hope this step provides added convenience and peace of mind.\n\n\n\nFor a complete list of guidelines regarding decorations and maintenance\, please refer to our brochures available at the cemetery or on our online here: https://holysepulchre.org/brochures/. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene and respectful resting place for your loved ones.
